The Ridge Runner by Out on a Limb Mfg.
This platform measures in at 16” X 8” and weighs right around 56 ounces. Like the Podium, The Ridge Runner is all aluminum and coated in a very durable anti-skid finish. This platform uses a cam over system with a pull strap much like the Podium. The Ridge Runner will have a few improvements that will help make the entire setup quicker, quieter and even safer.
The Ridge Runner is notched all along the circumference of the platform to increase traction and to help the overall ability. Another new feature will be the leveling system. Instead of using two individual knobs like the Podium, the Ridge Runner uses a single larger leveling knob for an easier adjustment.
NOTE: All Ridge Runner orders will come equipped with the updated longer knob as well as ONE pull strap.

Ridge Runner
A great product and great company. I’ve hunted a dozen times now using this platform and it performs wonderfully. Light weight, easy to use, durable, quiet. Everything I needed in a platform. The strap started to fray after my 3rd hunt but the company has already recognized this problem and is sending out new straps to everyone who wants one. Love it!

Ridge Runner
I have used this a couple of times so far and really love the gripping notches on top of the platform. This will be excellent for those rainy or snowy hunts. I used a ratchet strap with loops and it worked great. Nothing wrong with the other straps but for the first couple of times I felt more comfortable with the ratchet strap.

After doing a ton of research, I decided to order the Ridge Runner platform from Out on a Limb Mfg. The design is very functional, but made like a tank and lightweight. The no-slip non-skid paint and built in book cleats grip your boots without any noise. Once cammed onto the tree, you can stand , lean on either side and it doesn’t budge. This is a cant miss platform. Five stars all day long.

First time saddle hunting this year. I did a lot of online research before I purchased the Ridge Runner platform. Lightweight and easy to use. Very stable. Made in my home state of Oklahoma which was a plus. I would recommend this product.

The Ridge Runner is a very, sturdy platform. It has great traction to prevent slippage with any type of boot during any type of weather. Made in the USA to top it off. I would purchase another one and recommend to others.

Great saddle platform!
Platform is very sturdy and provides plenty of space to move around the tree. Super quality product. The only improvement would be to lighten the weight and offer a form fitted pack bag. The shape makes it a little awkward to fit in a pack, but straps easily to the outside. Overall very happy with the purchase!
