The Ridge Runner by Out on a Limb Mfg.

This platform measures in at 16” X 8” and weighs right around 56 ounces. Like the Podium, The Ridge Runner is all aluminum and coated in a very durable anti-skid finish. This platform uses a cam over system with a pull strap much like the Podium. The Ridge Runner will have a few improvements that will help make the entire setup quicker, quieter and even safer.

The Ridge Runner is notched all along the circumference of the platform to increase traction and to help the overall ability. Another new feature will be the leveling system. Instead of using two individual knobs like the Podium, the Ridge Runner uses a single larger leveling knob for an easier adjustment.

NOTE: All Ridge Runner orders will come equipped with the updated longer knob as well as ONE pull strap.

I pick up the box with on hand and walk half way across my living room. And it hit me there's really no wieght to this box did he just send me an empty box. I open it and sure enough it's in there I am surprized by the weight and detail of the product guys buy this no weight at all but it's well build and that's an understatement. If you are a large man as my dad is he still had alot of room to work. I am a short guy and the real estate I had on this is great. This item is great for all sizes.

Its nice platform but hard for me to hang on tree. I wished it just had one button in middle to attach the strap too. Just my thoughts

The Ridge Runner is awesome! Love it. Exactly what I wanted. The gritty texture was unexpected and I hope it doesn't tear up my pack. Other than that it is a 5 star product.

So far a great platform. Looking foreword to continue using it, and getting more efficient at putting on the tree in a fast fashion. Its is a little big for packing in a backpack, but that is also a trade off for more foot room in the tree. Now I am just looking for a better way to carry it to and from my sits. Solid Product!!!!

Very impressive construction with clear made-in-the-USA pride. Surprisingly light, easily fits on the back of a pack yet has ample room to move about once in the tree. It cams down rock solid. Saddle hunters deciding between this and the Predator... the debate is over.

Absolutely love my Ridge Runner! Spent 2 days on it this weekend and it made a big difference in my foot comfort while in my saddle. I tried a DIY platform and tried using just the top step of my top stick. Both of those sucked and made my feet hurt. Very glad I spent the money on the Ridge Runner and I would recommend it to anyone.

simple to use

I've only mounted it on the tree once but it was much more simple to mount on the tree than my previous (homemade) platform. It's seems to be very solid even with side pressure. I'm currently at about 230lbs without gear. I can't wait to try it out in a couple of weeks.
