Shipping Information

Current lead times are posted on each products page by the "Add To Cart" button. If there is no lead time posted on the product page your order should ship out within 1 - 3 business days.

Restocking Fee

Due to the fact that we are a custom shop, and most products are made to order. We have a 30% re-stocking fee that will be charged upon any cancellation of a product that has a lead time of 2 - 4 weeks posted below the "Add To Cart" button.

All cancellations MUST be done via phone call. If you reach out for a cancellation via email or any other kind of messenger we will direct you to call us to confirm cancellation. Please do not assume that your order has been cancelled if you have not spoken to us over the phone.

As hunters ourselves we get that you want your gear as quickly as possible. We do our best to get our gear in your hands as soon as possible. If you have any questions about an order, shipping or lead times please reach out to use at info@outonalimbmfg.com.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Every hard product produced and sold by Out On a Limb Mfg. carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty from purchase date and only to the original buyer against any defects in materials and workmanship. Out On a Limb Mfg. will replace such product free of charge. (All straps, aiders, ropes and cleats do not fall under this warranty.)

Warranty does not cover any products for normal wear. Also does not cover any problems caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, alterations, improper maintenance, improper use, damage to, accident or negligence. Also does not cover if the product is used for anything other than what it was designed for.

The Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Coverage does not carry on if you sell the product and/or transfer the product.

To make claims under this warranty please send an email to info@outonalimbmfg.com. You will receive directions on how to ship the package back.
