The Ridge Runner by Out on a Limb Mfg.
This platform measures in at 16” X 8” and weighs right around 56 ounces. Like the Podium, The Ridge Runner is all aluminum and coated in a very durable anti-skid finish. This platform uses a cam over system with a pull strap much like the Podium. The Ridge Runner will have a few improvements that will help make the entire setup quicker, quieter and even safer.
The Ridge Runner is notched all along the circumference of the platform to increase traction and to help the overall ability. Another new feature will be the leveling system. Instead of using two individual knobs like the Podium, the Ridge Runner uses a single larger leveling knob for an easier adjustment.
NOTE: All Ridge Runner orders will come equipped with the updated longer knob as well as ONE pull strap.

Great Platform
I got 5 hunts in on this platform before the season closed thanks to their fast order processing and shipping. Simple to use design, rock solid on a tree. It is a little bulky and odd to carry but it's not as heavy as it looks. Getting a pouch or carry bag is a good idea. I would recommend this platform if my friends were in the market for one.

Subject says it all. Only downside is it’s hard to cam on trees with deep shaggy bark. Other than that it’s the cats ass

This is my first year saddle hunting, and this was my first platform. I have only hunted several times in the saddle, bit so far love it, and love the ridgerunner. This platform has plenty of room, is rock steady and easy to pack and setup. Just a great platform..

Great platform
I love this platform for saddle hunting. Before I had this I was just using the top of my climbing sticks as a standing point which was extremely uncomfortable which reduced the length of time that I could sit. With this it allows me to place more of my weight over a larger surface on my foot. It has great texture to reduce slipping and is quick and easy to set up. Once set up it is rock solid and helps you feel confident it wont come out from under you when in the tree. I just wish I had a small carrying case that would reduce some noise when I’m carrying it in on my back.

Ridge Reaper
I’ve had the Ridge Reaper for a month now and I love it. Very well made and dead silent. I would recommend getting one if you’re on the fence.
